Character
Muga Rosado 2024 may be pale pink, but this is no dilute affair. The wine has a very intense, complex nose, with an initial impression of peaches, apricots and white flowers. On the palate it is very well-balanced with nicely integrated acidity, fine volume and a very long finish.
Food pairing
Wonderful with shellfish or paella. Excellent as an apéritif in the summer sun.
Vinification
Macerated with skins for 12 hours, then fermented for 20–25 days in small oak barrels.
