Full-bodied, spicy, and complex with notes of plum, blackberry, rosemary, coffee, tobacco, and oak. Long finish.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested from six specially selected vineyard sites with 80-year-old vines. The must begins its fermentation in stainless steel tanks and undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 15 months in new French barrels. The wine is unfiltered.
