Character
Aroma of red berries, roses and a touch of spiciness. A well-balanced and very drinkable wine in typical Rhône style.
Food pairing
Lovely with slow-roasted pork belly or moderately robust pork, lamb or chicken dishes.
Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes in February 2017. Aged in 3- and 4-year-old French barrels for eleven months.
