Rioja Bordon Gran Reserva
Rioja Bordon Gran Reserva
A classic and very well-made Gran Reserva with everything in place. Far from the old dried-out Rioja, yet with a lovely sense of origin.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested from vineyards in Rioja Alta and fermented for 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After completed fermentation, the wine rests on the skins for an additional 7 days. The wine is then aged for 36 months in American oak barrels (barriques) before being bottled and resting for at least an additional 24 months in bottle before release.
