Character
Beautiful ruby red colour. Elegant nose with notes of small red berries and subtle vanilla. Refined structure with pleasant tannins. Best served at approximately 17°C.
Food pairing
Wonderful with whole roast chicken, tender spring vegetables and a smooth cream sauce.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested and placed in small baskets for transport to the sorting table. The wine then ferments and macerates slowly in large wooden vats before resting in oak barrels for 15 months (15% new oak).
