Character
Aromas of red fruits. Full-bodied with fine concentration and length.
Food pairing
Serve at approximately 17°C. Pairs with meat dishes with sauce, oven-roasted duck and cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration for 20 days in open fermentation vats with continuous punch-downs and careful temperature control. Aged in oak barrels (30% new oak). Bottled after 16 months of maturation.
