Character
Dry, very fresh and elegant taste with notes of citrus, peach fruit, yellow apples, and minerality.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood and lighter fish dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and pressed before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. One hundred percent of the must undergoes malolactic fermentation, and the wine then rests on its lees for a couple of months before bottling.
