Clotilde Davenne's wines are about as far as you can get from the above. What you will find, however, is finesse and elegance along with razor-sharp, crisp acidity in her wines, which are nothing to scoff at. For nearly seventeen years, Clotilde Davenne was responsible for winemaking at Jean-Marc Brocard. Since 2004, however, she has been at the helm of her own venture at the estate Les Temps Perdus in the Chablis village of Préhy, and has done so with distinction. Today, Clotilde's wines rank among the very finest in the area, and we can only agree.
