Saint Bris
Saint Bris
Sauvignon Blanc from Chablis! Or to be precise, it is a wine from the small appellation Saint Bris, which is entirely surrounded by Chablis. Delicious in any case!

Character
Very classic, elegant and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with notes of blackcurrant leaf, green apples, nettles and citrus.
Food pairing
As an aperitif, with goat cheese, or with light fish and shellfish dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are machine-harvested from vineyards in the Saint Bris appellation where the soil, as in Chablis, consists of Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils. The grapes are pressed and the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine rests on the lees for 3 months.
