Chablis Grand Cru Bougros
Chablis Grand Cru Bougros
Bougros is one of Chablis' seven Grand Crus, and like the others, it is a very small area we are talking about, not even 16 hectares. Given the enormous demand for these wines, it is not surprising that the price soars. On the other hand, we are talking about some of the best white wines in the world.

Character
A big, inviting aroma with an abundance of everything, an even better taste if possible, and a finish that never wants to end.
Food pairing
Try with seafood, fish, or perhaps a mushroom risotto, or why not enjoy the wine on its own?
Vinification
The wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and undergoes full malolactic fermentation. The wine then rests in tanks for 12 to 18 months before being filtered and bottled.
