Character
This is a wine made from aromatic grape varieties in a rather unusual blend for the region. It produces a light and floral wine with notes of white flowers, roses, jasmine, apricots and forest. It is fresh and crisp with lively citrus and a long, flavourful finish.
Food pairing
Lovely with salads and vegetables but also with all kinds of fish and shellfish. An interesting combination with Japanese food, as well as paella.
Vinification
Organically certified and biodynamic winemaking. The grapes are hand-picked precisely at ripeness to retain freshness, and each grape variety is vinified separately with skin-contact fermentation at low temperature. Gessami means Jasmine, hinting at the type of wine the bottle contains.
