Wonderful aromas evoking grapefruit peel, peach, strawberries and Mediterranean herbs, combined with a very pleasant mouthfeel.

A wonderful sociable wine when both freshness and character are required. If pairing with food, the suggestion is tapas and Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
Gramona works both organically and biodynamically in their vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested followed by cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
