Organic (of course, we're talking Sinskey) and beautifully made orange wine from Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) from southern Carneros, which the producer considers particularly well suited for the grape. Night harvest, 50% whole clusters, 50% skin-fermented for two weeks, spontaneously fermented.
