Here we have yet another elegant and beautifully restrained wine from RSV, quite generous on the nose with depth and complexity and pure fruit, hints of oak, blackcurrant, plum, ripe raspberries, coffee, dark chocolate, pepper, herbs, liquorice and vanilla, long, clean finish.

Vinification
Organic and regenerative farming, manual harvest, destemming, spontaneous fermentation, oak barrel aged for two years, then an additional two years in the wine cellar.
