Rusmarinu Rouge
Rusmarinu Rouge
"Rosumarinu", which unsurprisingly means "rosemary" in Corsican, is a tribute to the island's herb-rich terroir. It is readily recommended as an aperitif as it is summery and lively, much like a dark rosé wine. With a little air, deeper layers develop for those who can wait. Regardless, we recommend giving it half an hour in the fridge before serving.
