Tavel Trésor des Sables
Tavel Trésor des Sables
The grapes for Trésor des Sables come from sandy soils in Tavel. This produces an elegant, fruity Tavel that is also the earliest-maturing of the three, making it the best suited for early in the rosé season.

Vinification
The skins macerate with the must for 48 to 72 hours before pressing. The wine then ferments at low temperatures (13–14°C) for 10 to 15 days. Finally, the free-run wine is blended with the press wine and rests briefly in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
