Character
A golden-yellow wine with an aroma of sweet floral notes. On the palate, it is a complex, elegant, and mineral wine with endless layers and a discreet bitterness that rounds it off.
Food pairing
Excellent with grilled seafood and grilled fish, or why not a Caesar salad?
Vinification
The grapes are grown in granite-rich soil and harvested by hand, then sorted; only the very best grapes are used for this wine. The wine is aged on its lees for 24 months in French oak barrels.
